Fantastic that both of the bedrooms upstairs are with bath. And every room has access to a balcony. 🎉 I’m afraid that the architect was asleep when they designed this house.

Imagine😢 seeing someone with body language an it looks words with the swing of their arms. The puhlease in Charlotte,NC along with the😢 mailman, fire, puhlease, emt "medic" bus all do this. As a result they try to get people done of they aren't right side strong or if they pull air off power lines. Well they have an electric company that sprayed along the roadside with😢 paint that pulled the air off the lines. My friend luckily enough though ahead as he saw a sneeze near the pole. Thanks to dbz he gave visual thought to words n put "thanks alot" as an air bubble to the car exhaust. Sure enough them bums ran right down the street. N the air bubble. Nah. It literally was like. He it's a sneeze. Them bums pulled up then brought a puhleaae car. Clean is not dirty so people go cuhrazy. Ya can't see stupid if you've been to the you kay with a😢 blue passport n was told the place developed by the you kay cr3sting the earth then 😮the people changed it one hundred percent then went right to left an built it out. It literally means, that if you've gone to the you kay with a blue passport an theres joy...😢something not right. These people are some stupid. Hello Robert 😊 Please I'd like to advice that you label the rooms. Sometimes I don't know what room you're in and I also loose count. Eg (bedroom 1, closet, bathroom 1, office 1 etc). Luv luv this home. Floor plan is great (I'd change the main floor guest suite into a game room). Too many homes today have more bedrooms than the average Person needs.. and not enough main floor activity areas)! Luv the ceiling light fixtures and the darker wood kitchen cabinets!!! Can't wait to see more from this builder.😊

Big house ,5 km from city ,small & high school ,hospital ,police station ,supermarket etc .

This is a very beautiful house but it has some foolish designs. I love the fact that it has an elevator but who needs an elevator and a two-story closet? Usually when a person has an elevator in their home they're disabled so a two-story closet is not accessible. Too many steps here and there but lovely home

Stunning how use…with some def quarks for sure. Seems 5 feet too narrow, everywhere. Especially in the kitchen, living and master.

This home has great bones and I was looking forward to seeing the full tour, until I saw the decor. Sadly I couldn't give it a like after I saw too many wood tones in the kitchen and all the tile choices. The builder seems great 😊. But I would be so disappointed with the decorator 😢.
